Since when did ice skating costumes become acceptable Irish dance wear? The only possible way this would work in Irish dance is if you had no boobs. And I mean NOTHING. Because there's no wearing a sports bra under that mug.
It simply wouldn't be allowed in competition. The shoulders and chest are bare when CLRG rules state you must be covered up to the collarbone. Also, thumbloops are banned. It's a show/dress-up costume, nothing more.
